Healthy aging, nutrition and the brain, memory, fitness, mindfulness meditation, family caregiving, stress and services and programs for seniors - and how to access these - and more.THE JOYS OF JUDAICA Popular and dynamic Royal Ontario Museum curator, Corey Keeble will discuss the beauty of Judaic art. Join us for three illustrated presentations about Jewish ceremonial objects and masterpieces of Judaica for the synagogue and home.

JORDAN KLAPMAN’S HISTORY OF AMERICAN POPULAR MUSIC

Musicologist and musician Jordan Klapman talks about the extraordinary Jewish contribution to 20th century popular music in this unique continuing series featuring live piano performance, historic recordings and sing along. JEWISH GENEALOGY Do you want to trace your family history or create a family tree? Henry Wellisch, past president of the Jewish Genealogy Society Toronto, will help you do both through traditional and modern Jewish genealogy research.

COMPUTER COURSES

Want to learn how to use a computer and send email? Register for Computers for Beginners. Do you already use a computer and want to learn more? Enrol in Computers Beyond the Basics. Our outstanding instructor and assistants provide personal attention in small classes of 6 students for eight, two-hour sessions per course. Tuesdays from 1:00 to 3:00 PM.

THURSDAY AFTERNOON AT THE MOVIES

Experience an entertaining afternoon with other film lovers. Introductory remarks and behind-the-scenes visits with our movie maven are followed by a discussion after the film.

HOLIDAY CELEBRATIONS
