By learning pinch pot, coil and slab pottery-making techniques, children express their creativity by working with their hands to make fun, functional items. PLEASE NOTE: For the spring 2012 session, Lesley McInally and Carolynn Bloomer will teach our adult pottery classes.

Enjoy a small group environment (maximum 6 students) with a professional instructor who will teach wheel throwing techniques and hand-building construction including pinch pot, slab and coil methods. This class provides a fun and welcoming environment to be creative. Open to participants of varying skill levels. Popular classes by one of the best teachers in the GTA!

The Pottery Co-op is ideal for experienced potters looking for a work space and a firing facility. Work in a pleasant fully equipped studio. SHARE THE RESPONSIBILITIES OF STUDIO MAINTENANCE. A resource person is available for consultation and scheduling of firing. Members supply their own clay, glazes and tools.

Studio Availability:

Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. except during classes. Holiday closures apply.

Fees: $230/month plus $20 per firing.
