    K-Fitness is available for Korean older adults (55+) and it will be taught in Korean. 
    Improve your balance, overall body strength and cardiovascular health in a small group setting.

    Condition your core muscles for free!
    Fifteen minute core workout classes are offered throughout the week for Members. No reservation required for the class. (Ages 12+)
