Class Descriptions

Group Exercise Classes

A wide variety of classes that can accommodate all levels of fitness. Choose from more than 75 classes each week.

Athletic Intervals

A combination of strength and cardio endurance intervals. Low impact options will be given throughout the class.

Cardio Sculpt Mix

This is a cardio and strength class featuring intervals of aerobic segments, free weights and resistance training.

Cardio Step

A fun filled class with a minimum of 40 minutes of step cardio, followed by muscle and abdominal work.

Group Cycle Spin

This workout takes your mind and body on an imaginary ride. You control the intensity so all levels are welcome. Each ride is motivating and set to various types of music that will let your mind run free. Towel and water bottle are a must. Great cardio workout!

Your hour of power!

This 55 minute barbell program strengthens all your major muscles in an inspiring, motivating group environment. With movements such as squats, lunges, presses and curls, Group Power is for all ages and fitness levels.

Hatha Yoga (Flow/Gentle)

A synchronization of mind, body and breath by moving through a series of standing and seated postures. Participants are left feeling relaxed, centered and energized. Gentle offers a slower pace. Flow offers a more dynamic pace.

Groove

A dance-based fitness class with limited emphasis on choreography and a larger focus on movement exploration which really motivates participants to move and get their heart rates up. Get ready to move, shake, wiggle, shimmy, stomp and groove!

Latin Sculpt Mix

This is a cardio and strength class that includes a combination of salsa and hi/lo steps with intervals of muscle conditioning.

Mind Body Groove

Set to music, this class combines the best of yoga, Pilates, and strength conditioning. The class finishes with relaxation and will leave you feeling stronger and re-energized.

Pilates

This class begins with basic body awareness followed by a series of exercises based on the teachings of Joseph Pilates, to strengthen and lengthen muscles with a focus on the core.

Power Yoga

Influenced by Ashtanga Yoga, this is a dynamic form of Yoga where one posture moves seamlessly into the next.

Strength & Stretch

Yoga, Pilates, stretching – this class has it all. A gentle, flowing, well-balanced class for all fitness levels. Strengthen and tone your core and body while increasing your flexibility.

Total Body Blast

This is a full body strength class, utilizing various types of resistance to create overall functional strength. Participants will improve strength, balance, posture, body awareness and coordination.
