Prenatal

Join anytime after first trimester Cardio Aqua Bellies, Cardio Fit Bellies, Pilates Bellies, and Yoga Bellies.

Postnatal w/Baby

Join 6 weeks post birth Cardio Aqua Babies (6 mos+), Booty Hop Babies, Turbo Fit Babies, and Yoga Babies.

Each class consists of a half hour discussion and a 45-60 minute workout. Schedule subject to change .

Workshops: Infant/Child choking & first aid, labour preparation, pre/postnatal fitness instructor certification.
