golfGolf Conditioning with Colin

Thursdays, 6:30 - 7:30 pm

Join Colin, a Certified Golf Conditioning Specialist in a small group setting (three to four participants) to improve the way your entire body functions while playing golf. Assess and develop your own "four pillars" of golf conditioning: Flexibility, Stability, Strength and Power. Keep in shape for golf season while learning ways to improve your game.

Functional Mobility with Gillian

Mondays, 6:30 - 7:30 pm and Thursdays, 12:30 - 1:30 pm

Join Gillian during this small group class designed to help those at risk of developing future mobility problems. The program will focus on promoting mobility, flexibility and on strengthening postural and stability muscles.
