PILATES FOR 55+
Traditional group Pilates classes are not always accessible when you have an injury or condition that limits your movement.
Well, we have a class just for you! In this class we will explore the Pilates principles of mobility and stability in this mostly standing and seated (on a chair) class. You will surprise yourself at the strength you will create in body and mind from week to week!
OSTEOFIT FOR 55+
This program will help you improve the health of your bones, gain muscular strength and endurance and prevent fall-related injuries. The exercises are tailored to cater to older adults with osteopenia or osteoporosis.
MOBILITY FOR 55+
Unlock your movement potential, reduce injury, and increase joint function each week in new, fun, and novel ways. Think of this class as preventative maintenance for your body to keep you feeling fit, strong, and independent! Everyone is welcome in this 45-minute class which will feature ways to keep your joints flexible & strong. Most of this class will be performed both standing and sitting on a chair. Props required for this program include a tennis or lacrosse ball, stick/broomstick handle, a Jcloth or dish towel
