Class Descriptions:

    Intermediate Aquafit: This is a cardio-based water workout that can be done in shallow or deep water. Some muscle conditioning may be included in the class with a variety of equipment like water weights, floatation belts, and pool noodles.

    Advanced Aquafit: These advanced water exercises strengthen, firm and sculpt muscles by using resistance of water and equipment.


    Important things to note:

    • Participants are able to use the male/female changeroom only. 
    • Participants must either store their belonging in the designated day lockers, or bring them onto the deck.
    • Amenities in the changerooms will not be available (showers, sauna, steamroom, whirlpool) 
    • There is no towel service so please bring your own towel (and water if necessary)
    • Masks are mandatory when moving in the building - this means members must be wearing a mask as they enter the pool area. 
    • Participants can hang their bags and masks on the hooks or by the benches
    • Once they are ready to enter the pool, participants may remove their mask and must use the shower on deck to shower thoroughly
    • Participants must remain 6 feet apart on deck and in the pool at all times.
