We hope you will join us for a night of great music and memories to celebrate Gretchen Paxson Abberger’s 25 years (and hopefully many more to come!) of dedication, talent, and passion for music and the Suzuki philosophy. The evening will feature a variety of contemporary bands, current members and Suzuki alumni as they play their violins, cellos, ukuleles and more! This exciting event will feature Juno-award-winning fiddler and singer Melanie Doane as emcee, and selected artist alumni of our programs: The Dirty Dishes Band – a bluegrass/country band, an acoustic band known as the Bassett Band featuring Suzuki graduate Sam Clark, pianist Jamie Parker, as well as MNjcc and Gretchen’s own Suzuki Twinkle kids. Join us as we pay special tribute to the impact Gretchen has had, and continues to have, on so many children and families in our community – some of whom will even be performing during the concert!

Tickets are $25 and are on sale now. Click here to purchase tickets.

If you are unable to join us on April 1st, we hope you will make a donation in Gretchen’s honour to benefit the MNjcc Music Scholarship and Innovation Fund.
