    Two barbells, a pair of sneakers, an apple and a stethoscope START HERE is a free comprehensive wellness program designed to provide adults with peer support, community engagement, access to specialty classes, and opportunities for learning and recovery. A variety of events, workshops and programs are available for your needs and interests (space permitted). Approved applicants will be given a START HERE Pass* that must be presented at every visit.

    *Please note that your START HERE Pass does not grant full access to the fitness facility.

    In order to enroll in the START HERE program, you must be referred by a community agency, case worker or physician and complete an application form along with the “Get Active Questionnaire” which will help determine your physical readiness and customized wellness plan. After receiving your submission, one of our staff members will contact you. Processing may take up to 10 business days.

    Thursday October 25 from 6:30 - 8:30 pm


    Friday November 2 from 11 am - 2 pm

    Orientation will include: meet and greet session with program facilitators, tour of the facility and a Q&A session.
