    Qigong is an ancient Chinese self-care healing art that combines gentle movement, breath, meditation & visualization and is designed to bring awareness to the more subtle energy systems of the body, balance the mind and awaken the spirit. Through this program, you will learn and experience: - diaphragmatic breath work; - feeling Qi (hands); - self-acupressure to heal; - guided meditation - basics of Qigong movements.
