We offer several kinds of Yoga classes as part of our Group Exercise schedule. Our Group Exercise classes are FREE for members, and can be accessed with a Day Pass if you are not a Fitness Centre member. Types of yoga Classes include Ashtanga Yoga (Power Yoga), Yoga Flow, and Restorative Yoga. Keep your bones strong with yoga! This program will provide a good balance of safe weight bearing movements while conditioning your intrinsic muscles for better alignment and core engagement.
