Curious about Muay Thai? Join us for a free 30-minute trial to experience the basics of this dynamic martial art! In this introductory session, you'll learn foundational techniques like footwork, strikes, and movement patterns, guided by skilled instructors in a safe, no-contact setting.
Rooftop Polar Bear Cycle
Join our enchanting instructors on the rooftop for a heart-pumping Polar Bear Cycle class and spin your way to warmth! This annual event promises a fun and invigorating ride with stunning views. Plus, all participants will receive a free MNjcc ear warmer to keep cozy during the ride!

Drop-In Volleyball (ages 12+)
Missing the court? Stay active all year round while you practice your bumps, sets, and spikes! We provide the equipment and regulation indoor courts. All skill levels are welcome.
