Qi Gong is a form of movement and meditation practice that is playful and cultivates self-awareness and self-healing. Through coordinating breath work exercises, self-acupressure and massage, mindfulness, visualization and gentle physical movements from 3 Qigong forms, this program will cover the foundations of this Traditional Chinese Medicine complimentary therapy. Together we will explore techniques and exercises that promote the relief of pain and stress, bring balance to the body's internal systems, increase stamina and boost energy with a sense of stability.
