Gravity

Young man curls cables towards himself with bent elbows. He is looking out of frame.A unique and innovative way to functionally train your muscles while using the one constant force acting against us every day – gravity! In as little as 45 minutes, you can experience a full-body strength/endurance workout with a strong emphasis on functional core strength. All classes are led by a certified Gravity trainer and are similar to a small group training session. A great way to get the personal training experience for a fraction of the cost.
