The Miles Nadal Jewish Community Centre (MNjcc) is a dynamic hub in downtown Toronto. We provide opportunities for people of all ages and backgrounds to be active, learn, connect and participate in a wide range of cultural experiences. Rooted in Jewish values, the MNjcc is open to all.

    The MNjcc is home to a 3,800 member state-of-the-art Fitness Centre, the Al Green Theatre, four schools, three choirs, a wide range of arts and cultural activities, Jewish Life programming, and a robust Seniors' program. It is a founding member of the Bloor Street Cultural Corridor, and the lead organizer of the annual Annex Family Festival.

    Reports to Manager of After School Program and Camp

The Miles Nadal JCC After School Program provides age-appropriate, stimulating and safe activities for school-age children. Monday to Friday (Flexibility with days worked); 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm from September to June

    Short Description of the Position:

    The Miles Nadal Jewish Community Centre is seeking an experienced ECA Float for its program.   Preference will be given to ECAs with previous experience in Play-Based Learning and/or a Child Directed Learning program.  Be a part of this dynamic school where you will have the opportunity to grow with the children. Primary responsibilities include observing children and implementing a stimulating program for the children and open communication with parents.

    As a Float position between Toddlers and Preschool programs, the position will have a varied schedule, beginning as early as 7:30 am and/or finishing as late as 6 pm.  The schedule will vary on a daily basis.
