The Miles Nadal Jewish Community Centre (MNjcc) is a dynamic hub in downtown Toronto. We provide opportunities for people of all ages and backgrounds to be active, learn, connect and participate in a wide range of cultural experiences. Rooted in Jewish values, the MNjcc is open to all.

    The MNjcc is home to a 3,800 member state-of-the-art Fitness Centre, the Al Green Theatre, four schools, three choirs, a wide range of arts and cultural activities, Jewish Life programming, and a robust Seniors' program. It is a founding member of the Bloor Street Cultural Corridor, and the lead organizer of the annual Annex Family Festival.

    The Miles Nadal Jewish Community Centre is seeking an experienced ECA for its program. Preference will be given to ECAs with previous experience in Play-Based Learning and/or a Child Directed Learning program. Be a part of this dynamic school where you will have the opportunity to grow with the children. Primary responsibilities include observing children and implementing a stimulating program for the children and open communication with parents.     Short Description of the Position:

    The Accessibility and Inclusion Department at the Miles Nadal JCC focuses on building community through an equity and inclusion lens and creating a hub for accessible recreation, arts and culture. In keeping with the MNjcc strategic goal of deepening Belonging and Inclusion, the Accessibility and Inclusion Dept. engages staff, program participants, community members, and partners to identify, prevent and remove barriers to full participation in community life for people of all abilities. Under the direction of the Director of Accessibility and Inclusion, the Manager of Accessibility and Inclusion will oversee program administration in keeping with principles of co-design and “nothing about us without us”.
