They are here to help you feel strong and capable in your body, whether you are looking to improve energy for your activities of daily living, or start getting into something like weight-lifting. Sarah’s background in recreation for older adults sparked her passion for helping others not only support or improve their fitness goals, but also to assist individuals in maintaining their independence for years to come no matter their age and abilities. You can expect a session with Sarah to be uplifting, motivating, inspiring, and she might even make you laugh!

Natalia is a Certified Personal Trainer through the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology, graduated from Acadia University with a Bachelor of Kinesiology, and is now studying a Master of Professional Kinesiology at the University of Toronto. Through her years of experience, she has worked with individuals between the ages of 5 and 85, ranging from corporate employees to varsity athletes to those living with chronic conditions. No matter what population she works with, she is passionate about health promotion and using exercise as medicine

As a group fitness instructor, personal trainer, choreographer, and yoga instructor, Edgar finds no greater joy than helping people change their lifestyles to reach their health and fitness goals while empowering them to be their better selves. Edgar has experience in several fields of training, including strength, mobility, functional training, personal training with different age groups and fitness levels, amongst others. Edgar's approach is centred around training smarter with carefully selected workouts and exercises based on goals, skill and fitness level. His style of training is all about moving better, building up core strength, improving endurance, and feeling stronger. He sets out each day to be his better self and would like the chance to inspire you to do the same and achieve your personal best.

Lysander has been a certified personal trainer for over 14 years and specializes in functional training, postural correction, core strengthening, and mobility. His programs tailor to each client focusing on proper movements to help slow the body's aging process, prevent injuries, and pain management. Lysander believes that the benefits of having a regular exercise regimen are not just physical, but also emotional, social, and intellectual.

Gaya has over 10 years of experience as a Certified Personal Trainer and Prenatal and Postpartum Fitness Specialist. She’s also Certified in Active Aging and is passionate about supporting as many people as possible to find their way to feeling good, being strong and living with vitality in all stages of life. As an active mom of four, she loves playing sports, doing yoga and martial arts and loves short, effective strength training workouts. Her clients appreciate her calm, patient and flexible approach while also providing long-lasting routines and habits for a healthy, active life.

Pranav is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and a Sports Nutrition Coach through the International Sports Science Association. He is passionate about helping people look and feel great about themselves through resistance training such as helping them lose fat and/or build muscle. He strictly believes in consistency and challenges his clients as well as himself to perform better than what they did the previous time in order to be the best versions of themselves. He is also a firm believer of being proactive and well prepared before each session and each day as fitness isn't only a physical game but also a mental game as well.

All Fitness Members receive a free 60-minute consultation and fitness assessment with a personal trainer. This one-on-one session is structured like an initial personal training assessment where you will receive an individualized fitness evaluation.

MNjcc’s Small Group Training program is a training system for people seeking the expertise of, and motivation from, a personal trainer. Class sizes are limited, offering participants the chance to exercise as part of a small team, while enjoying the benefits of personal training at a lower price point.
