Book a Free Assessment

FREE ASSESSMENTS FOR MEMBERS

  1. All Fitness Members receive a free 60-minute fitness assessment with a personal trainer. This one-on-one session is structured like an initial personal training assessment where you will receive an individualized fitness evaluation. We encourage all our members to book their free assessment so they can use the facilities with confidence, knowledge, safety, and support.

  2. Try our new InBody Scale, and set your New Year's goals with the help of one of our trainers! The InBody 270 is a body composition analyzer that goes beyond measuring your weight and measures how much lean mass a user has in each body segment. With these values, a user can monitor how the body is adjusting to dietary changes, fitness routines, and lifestyle modifications.  The InBody 270 measures and records a user’s weight, skeletal muscle mass, and percent body fat from the last eight tests to track progress over time.

Getting started and navigating all the equipment in our fitness centre can be overwhelming. Members can book a free 60-minute instruction session, offering guidance on using our strength machines.  Each session will have a maximum of five people. Participants must register in advance.

The session will include:

  • An explanation and outline of which muscles every machine targets.

  • Instructions on how to use the machines safely and how to adjust settings to suit your needs.

  • Learning how to choose the appropriate weight and structure of repetitions and breaks.

  • Incorporating strength machines into your workout.

  • An opportunity to ask the personal trainer general questions about your training program.
