Orlando graduated from the Sports and Recreation program from The Faculty of Medicine at Technological University of Pereira, Colombia. He has worked with a diverse range of clients - among them youth, older adults, athletes, and individuals with different medical conditions. Orlando's knowledge and experiences have allowed him to develop his own system of training based on primary patterns of human movement and mobility. He tailors each program to the individual needs of his clients. His main goal is the safety and success of his clients.

Sarah is a CanFitPro certified Personal Training Specialist with a Diploma from the Activation Coordinator- Gerontology program at George Brown College. Sarah’s background in recreation for older adults sparked her passion for helping others not only support or improve their fitness goals, but also to assist individuals in maintaining their independence for years to come no matter their age and abilities. You can expect a session with Sarah to be uplifting, motivating, inspiring, and she might even make you laugh!

Wanda is passionate about encouraging and empowering her clients to achieve their goals. There is nothing more rewarding then watching someone achieve something they never thought they could. Wanda started her fitness career through rhythmic gymnastics and dance. Now travels the world hiking the biggest mountains doing ultra running events, mountain biking and adventure racing. Wanda tries to get your to smile through every exercise no matter how challenging.

Lysander has been a certified personal trainer for over 14 years and specializes in functional training, postural correction, core strengthening, and mobility. His programs tailor to each client focusing on proper movements to help slow the body's aging process, prevent injuries, and pain management. Lysander believes that the benefits of having a regular exercise regimen are not just physical, but also emotional, social, and intellectual.

Gaya has over 10 years of experience as a Certified Personal Trainer and Prenatal and Postpartum Fitness Specialist. She’s also Certified in Active Aging and is passionate about supporting as many people as possible to find their way to feeling good, being strong and living with vitality in all stages of life. As an active mom of four, she loves playing sports, doing yoga and martial arts and loves short, effective strength training workouts. Her clients appreciate her calm, patient and flexible approach while also providing long-lasting routines and habits for a healthy, active life.

GAYA NAVARATNAM

Loïse is passionate about using exercise to make her clients feel better, both physically and mentally. She uses her scientific background in all of her sessions and likes to talk to her clients about the science and biochemistry of movement and the brain-muscle connection because exercising does make you smarter! After a shoulder injury in her early 20s, Loïse witnessed the power that daily activity can have on physical and mental health. Since then, she has been focused on helping others achieve a higher state of wellbeing through fitness and functional exercises. She is particularly interested in the beneficial effects of exercise on older adults, partly because she can see quick improvements, especially in those who aren’t very active, and party because of the wealth of stories and experiences that her clients share.

As a group fitness instructor, personal trainer, choreographer, and yoga instructor, Edgar finds no greater joy than helping people change their lifestyles to reach their health and fitness goals while empowering them to be their better selves. Edgar has experience in several fields of training, including strength, mobility, functional training, personal training with different age groups and fitness levels, amongst others. Edgar's approach is centred around training smarter with carefully selected workouts and exercises based on goals, skill and fitness level. His style of training is all about moving better, building up core strength, improving endurance, and feeling stronger. He sets out each day to be his better self and would like the chance to inspire you to do the same and achieve your personal best.
