Our Personal Training program provides one-on-one coaching tailored to your unique goals, fitness level, and lifestyle. Whether you are new to exercise, returning after an injury, training for a specific event, or looking to improve overall health, our certified trainers will create a personalized plan to help you succeed.
Personal Training offers individualized attention, expert guidance, and ongoing support to ensure you are exercising safely, effectively, and with confidence. Your trainer will work alongside you to track your progress, adjust your program as needed, and help you stay motivated every step of the way.
We offer 30- and 60-minute one-on-one (1:1) training sessions, as well as 60-minute partner (2:1) training sessions. Package options ranging from 5 to 36 sessions are available to fit your goals, schedule, and lifestyle.

Book your free assessment
All Fitness Members receive a free 60-minute fitness assessment with a personal trainer. This one-on-one session is structured like an initial personal training assessment where you will receive an individualized fitness evaluation. We encourage all our members to book their free assessment so they can use the facilities with confidence, knowledge, safety, and support.
The session will include:
- ‍‍An explanation and outline of which muscles every machine targets.
- Instructions on how to use the machines safely and how to adjust settings to suit your needs.
- Learning how to choose the appropriate weight and structure of repetitions and breaks.
- Incorporating strength machines into your workout.
- An opportunity to ask the personal trainer general questions about your training program.
