The MNjcc offers a variety of registered fitness programs for people for members and non-members alike. Whether it's sports clinics, fitness courses, or prenatal classes, we have something for everyone.

Family Day at the J

Family Day is all about being together and the J is the perfect place to spend it. Join us at the MNjcc for a full day of free, registered activities designed to get everyone moving, playing, and smiling.

From Jungle Gym and family programs to Pickleball, Basketball, Boxing, and a full lineup of aquatic options including Rec Swim, Aquafit, and Lane Swim, there’s something for every age and energy level. Come for an hour or stay all day.

Celebrate Family Day with a special FREE Family Jungle Gym session, offered just for the holiday!

The perfect place for little ones to get their wiggles AND their waggles out, Family Jungle Gym is an indoor, parent-supervised play experience featuring play structures, obstacle courses, foam builders, plasma cars, farm hoppers, mini sports equipment, and more.

Join us on Family Day for Youth Pickleball Open Play, a fun and active opportunity for children to try pickleball in a relaxed, supportive environment!

This session is open play, allowing kids to rally, practice, and play informal games while building coordination and confidence on the court. Paddles and balls will be provided, so no prior experience or equipment is needed.

Hit the court this Family Day with Family Basketball Open Play, a fun and relaxed opportunity for families to play together!

This open play session allows participants of all ages to shoot hoops, practice skills, and enjoy casual games in a welcoming environment. It’s a great way for families to stay active and spend time together.

Build confidence, coordination, and fitness this Family Day with a special FREE boxing lesson led by Nick Radionov, a certified boxing instructor with extensive experience in youth coaching, boxing and fitness training.

This non-contact boxing class introduces youth to the fundamentals of the sport in a fun, structured, and supportive environment. Participants will learn proper stance, footwork, basic combinations, and conditioning drills designed to build strength, agility, and self-discipline.

Rec Swim

Celebrate Family Day with a special Recreational Swim session! Enjoy the pool for relaxation, play, and light exercise in a safe, family-friendly environment.

Join us on Family Day for a joyful, hands-on celebration of Ivrit (Hebrew) created especially for families with young children! Children and caregivers will discover Hebrew together through art, games, and movement, no prior Hebrew experience needed. Families can decorate and spell their names in Hebrew, play Aleph-Bet matching and memory games, and explore a playful movement and tracing station that brings Hebrew letters to life.
