Description
The Marketing Coordinator is the central connector of the MNjcc’s marketing and communications operations. This role is responsible for coordinating, organizing, and maintaining all marketing assets across digital and physical platforms to ensure that every message — online or onsite — is accurate, current, and visually aligned with the MNjcc brand.
Reporting to the Associate Director of Communications, the Coordinator manages day-to-day marketing execution including website updates, social media scheduling, print production and installation, vendor management, and upkeep of all onsite signage and displays.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing Asset Coordination
- Manage the end-to-end coordination of all marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency across print, digital, and onsite channels.
- Update and edit website content (WIX platform) regularly to ensure program and event information is current and accurate.
- Oversee production and delivery of all printed materials — including posters, banners, brochures, and signage — ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely installation.
- Maintain all onsite marketing displays (flyers, A-frames, posters, digital screens, bulletin boards), ensuring the building always reflects current programming and promotions.
- Remove outdated materials and keep all visible marketing channels up to date.
Digital and Social Media Coordination
- Manage the social media content calendar and publish approved content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).
- Support content creation with photography, short videos, and community storytelling as needed.
- Monitor engagement, track analytics, and report trends to the Associate Director of Communications.
- Coordinate with staff across departments to ensure timely promotion of events, classes, and community initiatives.
Event and Community Support
- Act as an on-site marketing representative at community events, fairs, and special initiatives, assisting with setup, display, and audience engagement.
- Coordinate promotional materials and branded assets for external and internal events.
- Work with vendors to order branded items and promotional giveaways.
Administrative and Departmental Support
- Maintain organized files and tracking systems for all marketing materials and production schedules.
- Support project timelines, proofing, and vendor communications.
- Assist with coordination of photography, video, and creative asset archives.
- Collaborate closely with the Associate Director of Communications and Graphic Designer to ensure alignment and quality across all deliverables.
Qualifications & Competencies
Required:
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing coordination, communications, or related field (agency or community experience preferred)
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong writing and editing skills for web and social media content
- Proficiency in:
- Website content management systems (Webflow)
- Social media management tools (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, or similar)
- Microsoft Office and Canva Â
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across departments
Preferred Assets:
- Event coordination or customer service experience
- Familiarity with community-based or non-profit organizations
- Comfort engaging with the public and representing the MNjcc brand at events
- Enthusiasm for inclusive, accessible, and community-centered communications
Work Environment & Expectations
- Full-time (37.5 hours/week), primarily onsite; some hybrid flexibility available
- Occasional evenings and weekends required for events and installations
- Fast-paced, collaborative, and community-oriented environment
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual salary range: $50,000–$60,000 (commensurate with experience)
