Position Summary:
The Miles Nadal JCC is looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join our Marketing & Communications team. This is a hands-on, in-house role for an early-career designer who will own brand execution across projects and helpbring campaigns, programs, and events to life.
You’ll design digital and print assets, maintain brand consistency, and collaborate closely with the marketing team in a fast-paced, community-focused environment.

Job Title: Junior Graphic Designer (Part-Time)
Department: Marketing
Location: In-office, MNjcc, Toronto, ON
Type: Part-time - 3 days per week
Annual Salary: $55,000 - $60,000, prorated to part-time
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
• Design digital assets for social media, email, web, and paid ad campaigns
• Create print materials including posters, flyers, and signage
• Maintain brand consistency across all design work
• Adapt and resize assets for multiple platforms and formats
• Collaborate with marketing staff on campaigns and event promotions
• Manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail
Bonus skills:
• Shoot and edit basic photography and video for marketing use
Qualifications
• 1–3 years of graphic design experience (internships and freelance work welcome)
• Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Photoshop
• Experience with other Adobe tools is an asset
• Strong visual eye and attention to detail
• Ability to follow brand guidelines and take feedback well
• Organized, reliable, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
Portfolio & Hiring Process
• Portfolio required with application
• Candidates moving beyond the first round will be asked to complete a design assignment
