We mix low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise.
Strength / Full Body Workout
These classes can be done at home with little to no equipment. Depending on the class, you'll target all your muscles, including the hips, glutes, thighs, chest, back, shoulders, and arms. The workout is full of tried-and-true classics, from squats and lunges to push-ups and more!
HIIT is a total body, heart pumping, aerobic and strength conditioning workout. High-Intensity Interval Training combines full-body strength training and cardio bursts designed to tone your body and improve your endurance.
Fundamental Fitness caters to and is primarily for active older adults. The class is made up of about 1/3 low impact cardio, 1/3 muscle conditioning, and 1/3 stretch.
Groove is a dance-based workout with limited emphasis on choreography and a larger focus on movement exploration that draws on a variety of dance styles. It is the perfect workout to build strength and endurance at any age and increase flexibility and mobility
