Fees are capped at 5 hours per room, per day and all rental costs are subject to a 4% Capital Improvement Fee.

 

Rental Conditions:
 

• If your event will entail food/catering, please be aware that only kosher or vegetarian food is allowed in the building

• A finalized booking will require a signed facility use contract and a fully-paid invoice. No promotion of events should take place before bookings are finalized

• For some bookings, we may require proof of general liability insurance to the amount of $2,000,000. If you would like to proceed with this rental, the Bookings Coordinator will provide you with our full insurance policy

• For some bookings, depending on the size and/or nature, staffing may be required

• All media involvement must be flagged with the booking department no later than three (3) weeks prior to the date of your event
