RENT OUR SPACE
Fees are capped at 5 hours per room, per day and all rental costs are subject to a 4% Capital Improvement Fee (CIIF).
Rental Conditions:

If your event will entail food/catering, please be aware that only kosher or vegetarian food is allowed in the building

A finalized booking will require a signed facility use contract and a fully-paid invoice. No promotion of events should take place before bookings are finalized

For some bookings, we may require proof of general liability insurance to the amount of $2,000,000. If you would like to proceed with this rental, the Bookings Coordinator will provide you with our full insurance policy

For some bookings, depending on the size and/or nature, staffing may be required

All media involvement must be flagged with the booking department no later than three (3) weeks prior to the date of your event

The Miles Nadal JCC has a number of spaces for rent at various price points to suit your needs. Most rooms are available during our standard business hours and some exceptions can be made for after-hours events.
