PRENATAL FITNESS
Congratulations on your pregnancy! Increase your muscle strength, improve circulation, enhance flexibility, and nourish relaxation, all while meeting other soon-to-be parents. All fitness levels are welcome. Prenatal participants can begin after their first trimester. If no programs are displayed below, it simply means we are not offering anything at the present time. Prenatal Yoga
Enhance your overall flexibility and strength, and ease those aches and pains of your growing belly. Pregnancy-specific yoga poses combined with exercises and effective breathing techniques will improve your posture, core strength, and teach you effective strategies to successfully cope with labour. This class will leave you in a relaxing state of mind! Please have the following supplies available, if you have them: block/thick books, strap – either elastic or belt, and cushions/pillows.
WITH-BABY FITNESS
Bring your baby along to these classes specifically designed with new parents in mind. Strengthen your bond and attend to your baby’s needs at any time! Our classes provide a full-body workout to improve your energy levels, strengthen your pelvic floor and abdominal wall health, and increase your circulation. Postnatal participants can begin exercise at six weeks postpartum with clearance from their healthcare provider to resume normal activity. SPRING
Strength with Baby
Any parent/guardian may take this class along with their baby! For those who have recently given birth, this course will help you regain your strength in a safe and body-positive environment. Connect with other parents and bring your baby along with you. No equipment needed. Note: You can begin exercise at six weeks postpartum with clearance from your healthcare provider to resume normal activity. Each class has circle time with songs and movement for babies too! The class is led by a pre & postnatal fitness specialist and parent of four -- using bands, balls, dumbbells or your baby (if they're awake).

This class helps pregnant people increase circulation and overall muscle strength with special attention to abdominal and pelvic floor muscles. Using movements designed specifically for pregnancy, you can reach your optimal health while pregnant, assist in easier delivery, and faster postpartum recovery. No equipment needed. The class is led by a pre & postnatal fitness specialist and mom of four.
